Finding flowers by the lake, one morn

Wandering lonely
but not alone
Given my self to Thee
O the Goddess of awesome motherly Beauty,
Whence i come and seat
By the lake
Where flowers from grasslands peep
Being drenched by beams of light
How i look at you amazed,
And how i wonder what treasures Thou keep
In your abundance of greenery,
So lovely, Benediction filled,
How by the lake , by your kindness,
I get within a cool, calmed state, yet
How i, by thy Innocence, get thrilled,

And i make a promise to me,
In mood vacant, feeling the void,
I will come to you, to be in your Lea,

Cause only then i can fully be
A worshipper true, of Thy all encompassing Beauty.
