Where Seagulls come*

Where the seagulls come*

Where seagulls come flying
Beside those hills, on the rocks Where waves come for perpetuity,
One after another, being carried
By the strong winds,
Where the boats come home before Going away again to the Vast,

There how the sky and sea mix
Consummating for eternity
As we remain consumed ,
By the beauty of seeing us
As part of the design grand,
Made of the same elements
Which give birth to all,
There how we find us as tiny little ones,
Carried by breeze and waves,
Part of the whole, that sacred verse
That relates to every thing spread
Before us,

And once whence that we do realise
How we feel more into love,
How we feel there is nothing more
To appreciate than to eulogise thy
Beauteous folds, thy never ending sense
Thy compassion which makes me a man,
And my love , a woman, to be loved
Again and again, till we are to be born
Again into this Beautiful Life.
