A Walk Through*

A walk through*

I think I know the lane
Crisscrossing several others
Buildings standing on both sides
Like memento of the past,
I think I know this lane just,
There perhaps I had once walked
With my love, by my side,
Summer whence came with flowers
And spring when danced in us
And rains when fell on us like music
I think I know the street just,
Like memento of my past
And my future too,
Present how it holds true,
I think I know the lane by heart,
For I walked through it,
With my love by my side
With songs of Love in our lips.
