Just after a shower*

Just after a shower*

Just after a shower
Hit the city,
I returned
Home, "Such a hard day"
Said my Wight,
I looked at the couch,
And thought of rains
Still falling outside,

I thought of rains
That went sliding by,

My Wight,
By that time
Had put the needle off the hook,
Upon the turn table,

A rain drenched song
Filled the room,
Carrying moisture
Upon our skin.
