Every day, at You as I gaze
How I remain, by You, amazed,
How by You, seeing You,
I spend my nights and days,
How by thy splendour on watery waves
I keep my self engrossed much
How by thy Beauty, I live in poetry such
That oft I forget, is it You, or Your Beauty
Which keeps me awake in sleep
And drowsy in my wakeful days.
